Shipping, Tracking & Delivery

When will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days and typically take 4-5 business days to arrive.

Please email us if your order is urgent or for a gift and we will try our best to ship it early!

USPS Delays:

Occasionally USPS may have delays in delivery. We are NOT responsible for any delays on their part. If your tracking number states your package was delivered and you have not received it, please contact your local USPS for assistance!

How can I track my order?

Once we package your order and a shipping label is created you will automatically be sent a tracking number for your package via email.

What if a product arrives damaged?

If your product arrives damaged, please message us within 24 hours of the delivery. Attach a photo of the damaged item, your order number and any additional information that may be useful. We WILL make it right.
